Exceptional

Everything was perfect and lovely staff were so pleasant and did a lot for the customers and was very clean hotel would deffo stay again.

Good

Lovely quiet location, close to the theme park. The bar and lounge is great, and well stocked. Nice large tv, but the staff could not work it unfortunately.

Our room was very tired, and I think could do with an upgrade. We had a different room last time, and that was much better.

Could have done with breakfast being on a little later say until 10 instead of 9 and checkout10.30-

The breakfast was exceptional could not wish for anything else from an English breakfast

Says ther is parking my fault I didn't ask but only 3 parking spots as far as I could tell

We had a good stay apart from the room

The staff dining room and reception were excellent but the room we were in was too small mattresses were bas the springs kept popping when moved and they were stained

The room we were in needs to be updated to reflect the downstairs

The location was good could do with more car parking spaces. The breakfast was good, plenary off choice.

The shower could have been a bit more bigger, there was not a lot off room. The shower was very had to turn on if it was someone elderly they could have struggled.

A beautiful break away x

It was such a warm homely place and all the staff were friendly and also in a great location. I highly recommend to familys and couples to stay there.
