Hotel needs improvement. Not helpful in times of need.

I liked location. Swimming pool was good. Hotel overall environment was good. Cleanliness was amazing. Check In staff was friendly and nice.

We booked two rooms which were connecting. There was a broken aluminium strip in between doors which we complained 3-4 times but nobody bothered to fix it. It was very sharp & dangerous as it could badly hurt anyone. Also, someone arranged fireworks in the hotel and it landed on my car. I am still not sure if car was damaged as it triggered my car alarm and I saw fire in car camera. When I complained about it, staff said they can not control it as they take no responsibility for car park. This is pathetic and very disappointing. This shows that my car is not safe in hotel property. anyone could come and damage my car. Hotel staff was not helpful except check in person and another guy was very friendly, he explained us in detail about transport and routes.

Very good

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable and relaxing environment during a busy business trip.

Room was very comfortable and quiet, got a great night's sleep. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and everything was fresh. Bar area was good for relaxation and staff were on hand for service and to recommend where to visit.

Location, 14 to the center to visit local attractions, however this was a business trip and was known when making the reservation.

Clean, comfortable and everything I would expect from a good hotel but a little expensive.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and professional.

For a short overnight stay from late evening to early morning, this was a bit expensive, especially when we had to pay extra for car parking and breakfast.

Far from the center and the wellness unusable, when instead this should compensate for the distance from the center.

That there is a sort of small wellness

That wellness is also accessible to children who crowd the pool, make noise, continually open and close the sauna and steam bath, making everything unusable, making everything a sort of Disneyland. They should limit children's use of wellness to specific times, for example one or two hours in the morning and afternoon.
