This was not 4 star property. The water feature in the bathroom that came on automatically when upstairs were having a shower.

Location is good

I must say- Ive never experienced such an attitude towards guests. First of all, we arrived and came to check-in desk however the only employee there didnt pay attention to us and continued to talk on the phone for the next 5 minutes. No hello and welcome. Next thing is when we gave our documents to check-in - he said that its not paid (however it was paid), important to mention that all conversation was not in the most friendly manner. When we arrived to our room - I was slightly shocked. First of all, the room was connected to suite next to us and Im more than sure that before this room was a part of this suite because it was extremely small, with small bed and small bath like for kids. In my opinion, its just a way to earn more money Mattress was not soft, small hair around the bath. You cant open window and airco was working in a strange way, making so much noise. I will never stop in this hotel anymore and for sure dont recommend someone else , its possible to find something better for that price.

The heating is not working in December. They do not tell you until you ask. You have to go to the reception (the receptionist does not answer the phone), and ask for the heating. They will turn it on on a specific temperature. If it does not suit you, you have to start all over again.

The breakfast and the view was amazing

The room I expected and I saw from booking.com and the room i got were different and when I got to the reception they told me to go refund your money from booking.com that was not good costumer services
