Excellent services

The temperature in the room was about 25 deg and could not be lowered due to central control. That was uncomfortable for me, tbough their staff tried they could not adjust it.

Amazing hotel, service & staff Highly recommend

it is not my first time that I stay at crown plaza, usually I travel every 2 months to Jordan for work & I always stay at this hotel. I feel like home and safe & staff are amazing for that reason I don't search for any other hotel to stay in upon my visit to Jordan.

Very bad staff, bad food, bad facilities, very expensive. I consider it a 4 star hotel.

The rooms were nice however it is a smoking hotel, and u can smell smoke in between rooms. And if u turn on the air conditioning u could get smoke inside ur room because the conditioning system is interconnected with all the rooms

The staff. The food (breakfast especially), the food was horrible. Room service is really bad, i ordered a burger it tasted disgusting. The gym and the indoor pool are on another building, so if its cold and raining, u cannot go to the other side.

Very smart, good location near lots of restaurants and shops (and a good Irish bar). Clean, spacious room. Breakfast has good selection.

As an older building, not sound proofed so noise from corridor and room above.

Great overnight stay

Great location, the staff is very friendly, and it has great amenities including the Spa area. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need, including water, coffee, tea, free Wi-Fi, etc. All services are included in the TV menu, like a great relaxing massage experience done by a very professional masseuse in the Spa area.

Staff are very accommodating and quick to address any needs, especially the front desk staff Facilities are high quality, laundry, for example, is returned clean, well ironed and smelling nice Housekeeping keeps the rooms fresh, clean, and welcoming Rooms offer a pleasing aesthetic

The air conditioning units do not provide sufficient cooling often remaining warmer than outside temps regardless of cooling settings, although this is understandable given the age of the building.
