Cant wait to next year to go back again

Everything the room was comfy, plenty of welcoming drinks in room (tea, coffee, water, hot chocolate and toppings) the breakfast was brilliant especially the whiskey porridge

Lovely place to stay

Staff were very welcoming on arrival. I booked many months in advance for my boyfriends 30th birthday. This had been remembered and a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate had been left for him in the room which was a lovely touch. The room itself was clean, modern and cosy with plenty storage space. The bed was also very comfortable. We went to the Enchanted Forest as part of our stay and it was roughly a 10 minute walk to the restaurant and coach stop, so it was in very close proximity to the town. Breakfast was also tasty with a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Amazing and will return

Only 2mins walk along Main Street to the shops , etc . Room and facilities were too class and owners were so helpful and friendly. recommended and Booked our evening meal at the Auld Smiddy - was absolutely delicious and had live music so stsyed for a couple of hours after meal. Breakfast was 110 % - everything and more you could ask for. Whisky Porridge is a must

The best breakfast ever!!!!! (including gluten free food!)

Definitely the breakfast - we visited with friends, we all said it was the best breakfast we've had at a guest house (+ I have to have gluten free food, I was 100% accommodated, including the porridge and bread). John (host) was such a friendly humorous chap, we really enjoyed the brief chats we had. Conservatory was a welcome comfortable warm space; our visit coincided with torrential rain and flooding so not conducive to socializing outside, it was lovely knowing we could head back there for a nightcap before heading to bed. Well located for a gentle stroll into Pitlochry.
