We had a fantastic stay and will stay again next time we are in LA.

We loved the cabanas and the jacuzzi which we used several times. The beds were lovely. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go.

Could have used a few more towels - women need one for hair and one for body plus jacuzzi towels.

The host was so welcoming, friendly and responsive. The location was really convenient and the property was safe, quiet and clean. The house, backyard and cleanliness was perfect for our family vacation. We were very impressed and grateful to get to stay at such a beautiful home.

The carpet may need to be changed soon and no access to a washer and dryer. It would have been nice to be able to heat the pool but we understand how expensive that would be to maintain.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental house in Woodland Hills, and it was an absolute dream. The backyard was a true paradise, with stunning accent lighting that transformed the space into a magical retreat in the evenings. The gorgeous pool and hot tub spa were the icing on the cake, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. Indoors, the home had a fantastic pool table, which made for hours of incredible fun and friendly competition. The cozy environment in the living room, complete with neon signs, added a unique touch to the ambiance. It was a top-tier experience, and I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a luxurious and entertaining getaway. This place truly exceeded all expectations!

The home was clean and comfortable. Everything worked properly (amenities, wi-fi) etc. the pool was clean and we loved the feeling of privacy in the backyard
