Not nice

The Xmas dinner had alcoholic cake and it was not marked. My kids ate a few of alcoholic chocolates without my knowledge of content. This is serious breach and the staff was looking lost and uninformed. Very shocking for a Marriot brand. Never experienced such a thing before.

Super Property in Shillong, look no further.

It is one of the best properties I have stayed at, the hotel staff is very helpful, and professional, the food is great and dinning at their restaurant is really an experience. It has all the bells and whistles too, a great spa, jakoozi, Dj at night Great keep it up!

There is one area that they need to work on and that is the room service, pretty slow, the in room dinning staff is a bit slow and unenthusiastic. The in room breakfasts that I ordered were also not up to the mark. But other than that, it is a fabulous hotel, highly recommended.

Great Hotel in the centre of Shillong, top notch service and facilities

Courtyard by Marriott Shillong is by far the best hospitality experience I have had. Every little detail is taken care of, the rooms are spic and span, swimming pool and hot tub were great, breakfast is vast and comes with several delicious options. Service is extremely responsive and empathetic. Simrandeep and Pramila stood out for us during our stay. They went beyond their call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of.
