Ok

This stay was just that. There weren't enough wash clothes for the room and when I asked for more the front desk told me they were out and never gotten back to me. That's just one of the front desk complaints. It was okay overall the bed was the okay part. Security was the best.

Front desk, not enough supplies. Female front desk staff wasn't not I hope they get more staff and supplies.

Very pleasant stay, except for that security guard.

I didnt eat breakfast, but the Location was amazing.

It was close to the place I needed to be.

They dont have parking, the police blocked all the roads so we couldnt even get to the hotel, they dont have many wheelchair accessible options, the housekeeping was extremely lazy, we didnt have things replaced in our room, we had to pay for parking and walk with all our luggage and their carts were useless as the only way to get in was walking up stairs. The staff was extremely rude and would hang up on me and act like they didnt care when I tried calling them for help getting to the hotel when the roads were blocked. I also told the guy at the desk the truth when he asked me how my stay was and he proceeded to be extremely rude to me because I wasnt happy with the quality of their hotel. They also dont have breakfast, they only have a small Starbucks type area that sells small packs of cereal for a ridiculous price from 6-9. This hotel is garbage. If there is an event going on you have to park down the road in a random parking lot so be prepared to walk.

The location was great, I think the parking was a little expensive and I didnt like the parking applied to my bill I shouldve had the option to pay cash. The staff was knowledgeable.

I had spoken to the hotel manager twice the morning of check in to move my reservation to the next day which she had approved to do so. Due to me having a family emergency. I submitted my request to move my stay that she would move my reservation and NEVER did. I found out I did NOT have a reservation for the next day. It was NOT moved and they DID charge me for the night. I had to stand in the lobby of the hotel and make a New reservation and PAY again when it was supposed to be moved. On top of that when I had gotten to my room finally, I opened the mini fridge to find a LEFTOVER take out cup from the last guests who stayed. So how clean really was the room?
