Comfortable stay in good location

Good location for our needs, staff is pleasant and helpful. The cafe in the lobby serves suprisingly good food for breakfast and dinner.

We did not ear breakfast there or anything else. We felt the prices were steep, and we do like to eat local when traveling. Rooms were roomy. Staff was friendly and very responsive

Had a slight smell of urine. Comforter had something on it. Not sure if it was a stain or was dirty. Box spring cover was not fitted over a lower edge

Overall, great stay! Like the hotel and it's location.

Hotel was quiet. No loud talking late at night in the halls. The location was good for me. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. I come to Columbia to visit family. So I come often. It was a good experience for me. I will return here.

The bistro was the least favorite. I purchased a cobb salad the night before leaving and it was not very fresh. The tomatoes were soft and over ripe. Avocado didn't taste fresh. Would not purchase from the bistro again I don't believe. It was expensive for what I got. $14.75 Coffee was good but would like flavored creamer available to use.

The location, staff, and cleanliness was very good! The hotel accomodated our request for close location of the two rooms.

The price was higher than we would have liked. We couldn't receive any discounts, and I wasn't expecting a holding deposit.

No reason to sum up from a disgruntled customer.

The front desk did not advise me that housekeeping only cleaned rooms every other day. It was a shock and when I complained at the front desk, they pointed to a little sign that said housekeeping only worked every other day. I have never had to check into a hotel and read every little sign posted around the front desk. After complaining, they gave me new towels. Also, they had their own coffee machines that did not take kuerig type pods. It only had their type pod and the coffee was very weak. I had to go to the lobby to a Starbucks to get a decent cup of coffee.
