Nice stay

Location is close to restaurants.

The bathroom is small. Breakfast spread includes biscuit and gravy, sausage, egg but these are served.

Son was graduating from Fort Jackson.

If I had to like something, it would be the shower. It was hot. The staff was nice.

The couch was very uncomfortable, the bed was uncomfortable, at some point it started smelling like cigars through the vents. In which gave me a headache. Towels were stained.

The king size room was nice and clean.

The bed was hard. they didn't give me clean sheets the following day. The older lady that served breakfast walked in the bathroom on me, used her key but didn't knock.

Very disappointing

Policies made me feel the place was cheap and in a bad neighborhood. For instance, the soap dispenser dispensed the tiniest dollop of soap or shampoo it took forever to get enough to work with, and no soap at all at the sink. Room check in at breakfast and having to ask for a key to the public restroom gave the impression of a dangerous location. Towel replacement policy was cheap and odd. I would not choose to stay here again.

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Customer service was very nasty upon arrival. I booked my stay for 3 nights and they refused to take Apple Pay or cash for a deposit after I paid the whole 3 nights stay for $346. I told them I forgot my card and paid on the website with Apple Pay. I ended up driving 5 hours back. When I called the hotel they kept hanging up on me. Literally worst customer service ever. Very rude and nasty. I asked to speak to a manager on Thursday and I was told the manager wont be in until Monday, so the hotel doesnt have anyone in charge not even an assistant manager? Make it make sense. They charged my full amount when I didnt even step foot in the room. I would give 0 if I could. This is unbelievable. How Im I charged when they refused to check me in and charged my card before I even arrived to check in..

If you gotta be here, this is the place.

The place itself is wonderful, don't know why it was getting some bad reviews. Breakfast was great(Thanks for being open until 930). Microwaveable food was available in the lobby!Bed was comfy. Disability bath was great. Kudos for participating in a government program that feeds recruits at Ft. Jackson nearby.

Sketchy nabe with lots of homeless people. Hotels really gotta clamp down on theft. Probably why they get poor ratings. Comparatively pricey.
