Ideal location, spacious clean and quiet rooms. Great facilities and very kind receptionists who are helpful and welcoming. Gave the extra touch of fulfilling special requests which was very thoughtful and much appreciated, thank you!

We had a nice stay and liked this hotel.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel was in a very central in a good area.

Id recommend to varnish old furniture. The bathroom was very modern. The room was a bit loud and you cannot open the windows but due to safety its understandable.

Great hotel

We got a nice room facing the street, it was kinda busy and a little loud, but we didnt mind it at all, ww liked the big windows and looking outside directly at the traffic. There was a nice cinnamon scent that we could smell everywhere in the hotel and it reminded us of christmas. The lobby and restaurant was really nice, breakfast was good and had many options. It was a 25 minute walk to the Christmas market. Parking garage is right under the hotel and it costs 17/24 hours. It is connected to shopping centrum. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes and fast foods around the hotel within 5 minute walk. Dogs are welcome in this hotel

Very good

Breakfast was quite good. Room amenities very good and clean. Comfortable bed and good pillows.

Bathroom a bit small. Revolving door was temperamental and several times stopped abruptly, making it quite dangerous. Would pick a different location if I returned to Budapest. VERY noisy.

Overall good stay given the excellent location. Staff can be more friendly and engaging.

Good location close to metro and tram stations.Good breakfast spread. Clean rooms.

Hotel seems too commercial and staff are busy with their work and not much engagement from their side. Although they gladly answer any questions but little welcome touches and friendly behaviour would add to the quality of the stay.

The hotel were not able to reserve a hotel room that was booked 2 months ago with city view. They were not even able to compensate the price of the room that we payed for and the room that we got.
