The cleanliness of the room and quick resolution of maintenance issues were commendable for an ol (Read More)der property. The location was convenient and the staff were helpful, especially in accommodating the needs of disabled guests. Overall, the reviewers were impressed and would definitely return to this hotel.

The courtyard was neat

Location to the Renn Fair

Its the spirit airlines of hotels. Our first room the sliding door was broken. The staff moved us right away to a new room. That room the remote didnt work well and the door to the bathroom was broken. About the spirit comment you guys are 30.00 cheaper than other hotels in the area but by the time you pay for breakfast and the WiFi why not just go down the road and pay 30.00 more and get better amenities.

Very poor

We want our money refunded since the service was not rendered.

We had to check out without spending the night because our toilet was stopped up and no one was on staff/site to repair it. We will call tomorrow to begin process of having our payment for the evening ($190.) refunded. The desk clerk was apologetic but that was of little value as they were sold out and we could not be moved to another room..

See response above. We had to travel home after a very busy day and after 10pm. A very unsatisfactory commercial event.
