The Courtyard Austin by Marriott Northwest/Lakeline is a good, clean hotel with a spacious lobby and relaxing outdoor area. The location is convenient, with a mall nearby and a lake a few miles away. (Read More) The rooms are clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The gym, although spacious, is lacking some dumbbells. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process is smooth. Overall, it is a comfortable and recommended place to stay, with the only downside being limited hours for the bar and Starbucks on site. The hotel is well-kept and beautiful, although noise from other guests may be an issue. The staff is helpful and provided excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only drawback is the lack of a complimentary breakfast. The hotel is wonderful, with spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and all necessary amenities, including an indoor pool. It is conveniently located near popular areas in Round Rock and Austin.

Ok for an overnight stay.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Indoor pool. Starbucks coffee in lobby open morning and late afternoon.

The rooms are very nice. Close to shopping.

It is very overpriced when you consider that you aren't given breakfast. I have stayed in much nicer hotels with full breakfast that were cheaper. Also when we came into the hotel at night the lady at the front desk wouldn't let my group enter until I came and showed her our room key, but I think this has to do with keeping random people from roaming around so I wasn't too bothered by it. She should have just told us that.

Staff was welcoming. The guest rooms bathroom was so clean. Team at the bistro were kind and accommodating. Nice fire pit area with a clean and large pet area.

The neighborhood; not many food choices. Close to major highway thats under construction. (Although not loud when in guest room).

The BEST hotel stay experience Ive ever had!

The staff is all super accommodating and kind! My friends and I went for ACL and they helped get us an early check-in even with how busy it was. When we returned late the first night and needed a comforter for the sofa bed, they got it to us so fast. Every time we talked in the lobby they greeted us with a smile. The light in our bathroom wasnt working and they comped our breakfast. Room was serviced perfectly and the layout of the two queen with the sofa bed is perfect for 3-5 people. I just cant rave anymore about this place! Their service was just beyond exceptional! I highly recommend staying at this Courtyard Marriott.

If there is one negative, it would be it is about 25-35 minutes away from downtown Austin, BUT its quiet and honestly peaceful after a day of running around Austin.
