Very good

Nice, short and sweet, little expensive for what it was, but makes sense with location.

The .ain question on here is what did I think of the breakfast, at the booking sites I searched, it claimed this place has breakfast, they simply did not. It's not that I couldn't find it, I specifically asked, after doing research that claimed they did, and they told me that they do not serve breakfast. We did like the pool and the coziness.

Poor

The location is great if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep. But the amenities are a whopping ZERO, and the comfort is eh.

The pillows were not comfortable. The heat/AC unit on the wall was extremely loud and obnoxious. No microwave.

Decently clean and excellent location

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is right by all the shops and a quick walk to the port for the ferry. It was clean enough that I let my baby crawl around on the floor in our room. The room was very spacious and there was plenty of room to set up a pack n play, have all our luggage laying around, and for the baby to play on the floor.

The hotel description needs updated - the pool is not heated and there is no breakfast. I tried putting my 10 month old in the pool but it was so cold that she cried. I expected there was no breakfast but I thought there would at least be a microwave and (working) refrigerator in the room but there was not. We had a refrigerator but it did not work. The property is old and in need of some maintenance. The air conditioner on our room was leaking water outside and a bucket had to be emptied so we didnt step in a puddle of water. The light switch near our door was broke so the light near the door didnt work. The hour and minute buttons on the alarm clock were broke so we couldnt correct the time. There are loose pieces of (I think) concrete all over the pool area.

Disappointing

Like that we are able to walk in town right from the hotel. And we were on ground floor.

Very disappointed with our stay. This is our second year staying here. We had a frig last year in the room, but this year there was no frig.We were told we were supposed to request one. We asked for decafe coffee packets, and they had none. There is now housekeeping unless we request it. If you request, we are told they will only give towels and take care of the trash. We did request it, only to have to go to the office and get our towels and new trash bags, because no one showed up to our room to do it. We requested just one queen size bed only to be told we were "upgraded" to two beds, really did not need two beds.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. The location is the best.

Very convenient location close to everything. It said breakfast was available but we were never told where that was. The lobby was limited and we didnt see a dining area. We walked everywhere.

Its a little outdated. Room had a smell, but we bought febreeze and sprayed the room down so it was tolerable. A few update (carpet, shower head, etc) would go a long way.

My stay was comfortable, spacious, bright, clean & safe. Plus, location is ideal.

My room was clean, safe & bright. The location is excellent since it is tucked away from the main strip making it more exclusive & private. Plus, I like the fact that it is only a short walking distance to many of the shops & restaurants. The staff overall are really, really nice & helpful.

I wished my room had a microwave, a mini-fridge & a couple more electrical outlets. Most guests need all of the items especially if you have a family or on business traveling. Maybe you could add a surge protector strip so the guests can plug it in to resolve the electrical outlets problem. Everyone needs to plug in their electrical devices some where when they travel.
