I went thru a booking site and asked.for a room.so my husband could see the bridge since having his eye stroke..it wasn't an out.front room..but could still the bridge from our room

It was okay but not worth the money.

What breakfast? There was a breakfast?

We paid for a balcony bridge view room and because of trees we couldn't see the bridge. Very disappointed.

Very rude customer service. Very dirty smelly rooms. Pools where closed without being told. Also found a sex toy on our bed. Disgusting.

We enjoyed our stay and the Manager did give us the room that we would find to be the most comfortable for noise.

The proximity to ferry to Mackinac

Parking is difficult. Limited spaces and squished together so that its hard to move.

Disappointing

Not worth the price!

Property had a good location and was clean

1) Very disappointed, that I paid more for a lake and park view room. However the room was not lake view or park view. It seemed like click/bait. Room is actually at the rear with barely partial lake view that is distracted by its front portion. Such rooms should not be sold with upcharge and should make sure it comes with actual pictures of the view. 2) No breakfast offered at this high price is surprising. 3) Very expensive for the service and quality offered. 4) The room and property is dated. 5) There is only one set of stairs on one end of the property to reach the rooms at the far end of the property on the upper level. Not convenient for folks with kids and lot of luggage. 6) Additional charge for 6 year old. I am aghast at the hotel charging for children. Never heard or seen this kind of upcharge for families in my history of staying with hotels.
