Passable

The hotel isn't near any restaurants. We got some suggestions from the staff which turned out very good, but the hotel is isolated.

We didn't realize how far it was from the Botanical gardens. Our fault I guess.

I would say a good stay. Breakfast could be improved dramatically.

I liked the location, very convenient to the activities I had. The room was clean, as was the bathroom.

The breakfast was not as good as what I have experienced at other Country Inn and Suites. Always out of food and milk. Not as well maintained as I am used to seeing at these hotels. Disappointing at best.

Room was clean, pool and hot tub was open, a little too much chlorine but we still enjoyed it.

Bookings are useless and cannot communicate and Hotel enriched for received money knowing facts

Hotel received 2 payments for a no stay due to Bookings inability to cancell and hotel was therefore unduly enriched which borders on fraud because they had full knowledge of facts

Nice stay for the price for our college family visit.

Clean, nice continental breakfast with good options.

Indoor pool was quite cold to swim at only 77 degrees.

Was a decent location.

The first room we were in had a broken toilet seat. We let the front desk know and moved us to another room. Although the second room we were put in was better the toilet seat was also lose. The new room we were in had no hot water, which we did not know until morning, possibly a blown fuse, and cold showers. Breakfast was mediocre with potatoes that were only partially cooked, cold eggs and hot water container that had very little in it. The girl taking care of breakfast was also running the front desk so breakfast containers that were empty were not refilled in a timely manner due to her doing 2 jobs. When we mentioned to her that we had no hot water felt like it was just blown off with no apology or compensation.
