10/10, would stay again

Clean and tidy, no weird smells. Shower was really nice. Room was well kept up on, no "landlord special" type fixes. Staff was really nice. We slept so good we didn't wake up in time for brekky to know if it was good. So i guess you can say it's pretty comfy.

Sheets were a bit loud, like when you wear those wind suit pants and walk and your thighs rub together.

Solid Overnight Stay

Hotel worked with me for parking a 26-foot truck on the lot. Room was fine.

No real issues - maybe have better water pressure.

I would stay again.

Breakfast was good and room was very comfortable. The King room was well appointed, and furnished. The shower was great. Well done.

Lobby entrance in the evening was dark and unwelcoming. Lights over the check-in area, seating area and at the fireplace (should be a showpiece) were all turned off or down.

Disappointing

Desastrous

No internet all night, noone at the reception, noone answerjng calls. I needed to work and had to use my european phone in order to work, that cost me roughly 80 $. Hotel is listed as Radisson, however they claim to have cut all ties to Radiason: which makes sense, no Radisson would have noone for contact at night. The listing as "by Radisson" is plainly fraudulent. In the morning they said that it s more than a year rhey cut ties with Radisson. So why are they still listed as "by Radisson". It damages the reputation of booking.com to work with such a hotel.

Disappointing

Glad I was only in town for 24 hours and only used the room to sleep for a few hours, because the stay was not pleasant

- Good location

- Ants in the room: Crawling in the bed, in the bathroom, on the wall - Mold on the ceiling in the shower - Staff was not present at most times

Nice, easy and clean.

Floorcleaning every morning during breakfast time is not acceptabel. it smells from washing liquid and the drying fan is loud and takes all the small directly in the breakfast room. Please change you timing !
