Very good

Perfect venue for my one night stay in picturesque Oban.

A lovely Victorian building, with a sea view. The room was clean & comfortable. Kitchen with an honesty box for continental breakfast with complimentary tea & coffee is a good idea, nicely executed. Lively pub in the basement.

Great location.Rooms are very clean bed so comfortable.Staff are so friendly and always willing to help.Had a great stay can't wait till the next one.

Don't think I would get a room on second floor next time.Too many stairs.But apart from that I loved my stay.
