Good stay

Stayed here before, same room amazing views.

The personal touch was missing, I had to phone for a couple of things for the room, although the guy I spoke to was very helpful it's not the same as having someone on site.

The self-check in was pretty easy and the instructions provided for driving/arriving at the property were helpful--it comes up fast as you come down the road. Our rooms were cozy and the two common areas were nice places for our group of 6 to meet and hang out together. The location was perfect for us--it was pretty quiet for being near a main road and it was a very walkable area. Even though breakfast is no longer provided at this B&B business, there are plenty of nice places within a 5-10 minute walk and the area felt very safe.

Walking distance to just about everything in Oban.

Within walking distance of harbour, restaurants, distillery, shops, and other things to see in Oban, this accommodation was in a fabulous spot for us. The room was large enough for our 2 night stay, and the bathroom facilities nice and clean. Beautiful view from the front of the guest house.

The room didn't appear to have any heating that we could find. Found switch for heated towel rail, but couldn't find where the actual room had heating. Breakfast was not included in cost - not an issue in itself, but room higher-priced than other places on our trip around Scotland that didn't provide breakfast.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location. Walking distance to the town centre which was ideal. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Not a lot that we disliked about the property apart from the shower was a bit of a tight squeeze and also we couldnt get hot water to run from our sink.

Very good

Great value for a clean and quiet place near the heart of Oban.

The location was ideal for exploring Oban and the surrounding area. Everywhere we went was accessible within a short walk (2-10 minutes). The place was small and unattended, but instructions were clear, the place was very clean and quiet, and the price was just right. Would happily stay again.

It could have always been more luxurious, but for the price thats asking way too much. No bad things to report, really.

Excellent location with good free parking outside the door. Very clean and tidy, key box in lobby to access your room key ( info sent prior to arriving) Room immaculate comfy bed, TV and ensuite with tea/ coffee facilities.
