Great stay in Oxford.

The house location is great. It is well-communicated with the city center by bus lines or walking. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful place to stay

Everything was lovely and the breakfast was a particular highlight. A great selection and the breakfast room is very cozy - we felt right at home. Being able to store luggage after checkout was also a big plus. Nat and Roksi were great hosts and always responded to our messages very quickly - we will certainly be back.

Nothing to fault - we couldnt have wished for a better stay! The B&B isnt right in the city center but you can enjoy a beautiful walk along the river to get there, which in our opinion was almost better.

Owners were friendly and communication was easy, they replied very quickly to any problem or query. Breakfast was lovely! There was a healthy option with all kinds of seeds and nuts and fruit, which I enjoyed very much.

well hidden clean gem closeby Oxford centre with a PERFECT HOST !!!!!

Breakfast was absolutely brilliant !!!! pancakes , different types of bread fruit yoghurt muesli croissants choc bread butter orangejuice .. lots and lots more , 10 different kinds of jam honey etc .. I could go on and on ... looked like a small table but it was full with delights of breakfast !!! bus was just outside the door, we too the bus twice (2 pounds) and within 10 minutes we were in the centre of Oxford , but walking is a very good idea as well .. the owner adviced us the walk along the river if we would have some time to spend and it was the BEST WALK EVER ;;; best tip in the world !! bed were comfi bathroom was more then expected and all was very veryy clean !! we recommend big time !

Nicely set and updated B&B, with nice rooms and good location.

Quaint place. Rooms were nice and clean. Whole house was very nice and seems to have been recently updated. Owners are nice and good people. Would recommend.

Not your traditional English breakfast B&B. If you are looking for bangers, omelettes, etc., this isnt your place. Mostly cereals, breads, fruit, and yogurt/accompaniment items. However, food was very good, and water/tea/coffee were available at all hours.

Great place. First of all, the organization of the owners is evident even at the time of booking. They sent detailed step-by-step instructions on how to get there, check-in, where to park and many other small but important details. Upon arrival, a wonderful room was waiting for us in which there were 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. I would like to note the cleanliness in the house, due to the fact that everyone takes off their shoes. The request not to eat in the room is compensated by a small shared kitchen with cutlery, water, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, milk, a coffee machine, cookies. You see, I was impressed by the attention to detail. As they say, "The devil is in the little things", in their case, the beauty is in the little things. I managed to communicate with the owners. Extremely nice and polite people. Probably the nicest staff I've ever met. If I go to Oxford again, I will definitely book this place.
