The KLCC view from the room. A guy from front desk was good. Quick response and experienced. Name start with A___.

The hotel bit old. Breakfast was just okay, not the amazing one. The breakfast area always crowded, too busy with people. The towel in the room was old. You should get fresh and brand new towel for the entire hotel. The new staff was below acceptable. When I was upgrading the room, moving to the new room, he did not initiate to help to carry the luggage, not holding the door for guest. Also not helping to slot in the card and welcoming guest. What the heck is the new staff doing? Just standing at a side and ready to go? That's being rude eh? I was staying there for 5 nights. One of the nights I would like to make payment at the front desk, but one of the staff looked terribly tired. And I do Not wish to proceed payment stuff with her to avoid making mistakes. So, I wait the next night, I met again with the staff named A____ or Arilf or something, he was good.

Room was ok with a nice view. The pool was big. The location is central. The people working at the pool were polite and the blonde guy working at the bar made good coffees. I can not find anything else nice to say.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a super rude receptionist called AIZA. This woman should not be in reception interacting with guests. She was so rude to me even if I asked basic things like when is breakfast served. Her English was terrible. I politely requested a room away from the elevators with 2 single beds. She gave us a room right next to the elevators with the worst noise ever and with a double bed!!!! After realising that, I had to go back again and try and get another room. This whole process took us about an hour. Then the cards to the new room didnt work for the next 2 days and we had to go back again and again to replace them. At breakfast the cues to be seated were super long. They took us to another hall with no windows and the aircondition set to -50 and a basic breakfast station that was missing half the food from the normal breakfast station. The coffee machine didnt even have espresso and the guy there just pointed to other coffees and spoke no English or was just bored and pretended to not understand. No one helped us with anything and the reception was useless. A terrible experience and I wish to forget it. Thank you people of Concorde for being so rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt mind the bad food and the bad room if people had been nicer. I will go back to Malaysia because I liked it and I will avoid the Concorde like the plague. FWY the room was 103 per night.

It was close to the Petronas towers and the pavilion mall. Easy to use grab as well.

Everything was fine, except one thing, do not stay in a room right next to the elevator, you will hear it going up and down.

Ideally located in the city centre for easy commute to preferred locations. Neat & clean spacious connecting rooms. Lavish breakfast buffet. Easy checkin process. Friendly staff.

The Gymnasium, Sauna and Steam Room was very good.Location was convenient as the MRT was just meters away.

The Ambience was not great and the lobby area looked bare.The pool seemed to be dirty when looking from the room.The Pool steps are very dangerous! This MUST be looked into as they are NOT steps but Stanless steele poles and is very slippery which is a huge safety hazard.The rooms look a bit tired and furniture seem very old.The breakfast buffet was the SAME everyday.No variation.

Good location but dated hotel and very average

Location of hotel is excellent and great for accessing around the city. Staff are also very friendly and when we had a problem (leak in room) they were very quick to resolve and we appreciated that. Hotel was also well priced per night in comparison to other hotels.

Unfortunately it seems at times they forgot how to operate as a hotel. For example everyday they were inconsistent with replacing items (one day forgetting water or towels or shampoo etc). One day they even told us we couldnt have a towel for our daughter as they had a towel shortage (not the guests problem). In addition the rooms were very dated, the WiFi was awful (couldn't even load emails) and small things such as having one plug socket by the bed. Nowadays everyone charges phones but you couldnt as plug needed for the lights. Hotel needs modernisation.

Upgrading me from a Deluxe to a Premium room was somewhat unexpected, and the dedicated workstation in the room gave me the opportunity to get some work done after spending the day exploring KL. Alloftheemployeesdeservepraiseforhowwarmandinviting they were.

Appreciative of the availability of food. However, it would be nice to alternate some dishes every other day to add variety.

Good

Really enjoyed our one night in the hotel and would go back there again should we visit KL.

Staff were helpful, bags got took to our room, asked for an extra cot/bed for my 3 year old and they delivered promptly. Location was really good. Clean rooms with everything you need.
