Superb

Super comfortable, clean, quiet & conveniently located.

The apartment was so spacious and comfortable for my husband, 1 year old and myself. The quality of all the facilities made it a super nice stay. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were lovely, the sheets were smooth, the water pressure on both the hand held and rain shower head was good - everything was so comfortable. There were plenty of spare sheets, blankets & pillows for the pullout bed. There was everything youd need in the kitchen, including pods for the coffee machine & bottles of water. There was even kids cutlery. The washer and drier were incredibly useful for us. We received prompt & clear directions on how pick up the key, which we really appreciated as our stop in Canberra was a last minute decision. Communication with the owner was lovely. The building is just across from the Canberra centre so supermarket & other shops & restaurants etc. were so conveniently close but it was still nice & quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that could have improved it was one more towel. There were only 2 that we could find, & there were 3 of us. It wasnt a big issue for 1 night as the baby could share with me. Just considering all the provision for an extra person on the pullout couch, 1 spare towel in a cupboard would make sense. I feel very lucky to have had the genius discount on the rate here. Im not sure Id have paid full price as there are a lot of 1 bedroom apartments around the Canberra cbd so prices are competitive, but Im very glad we did stay here.

Parking nightmare. Wont stay again .

Top location. Very clean and modern.

Hopeless parking arrangements. Took an hour to find correct spot. Illogical numbering. Incorrect info. No internet while searching! No free to air TV?

It was lovely!

The apartment was amazing and clean that my kids felt so comfortable. We sleep so comfortable, we eat there, we watch and had some bond. Love the place as it's easier to go on tourist spots, and it is nearby in shopping center. My husband don't have any problem with anything about the travel and we are happy. We will book again next time! Thank to Jane she is very easy to communicate.

Great apartment for a long weekend

The kitchen was fully prepared. We had everything we needed for a 3 people family. And I was happily surprised by the bathroom products, they are not the average hotel's shower products.

The parking of the building is kind of confusing. It was complicated to find the way out :(

Location and brand new

Bed slats were only on half the bed they had fallen off somehow and cleaners didnt notice but problem has been rectified. Under lounge not cleaned either or under bed. No milk for coffee.
