Good price value

Considering it is a 3 star hotel it complied with all my expectations, breakfast is good enough, rooms are fine with all the necessary including a mini fridge, the parking is the big deal.considering the zone, only 10 dollars per night with a 3rd party 2 blocks away

Old facility, poor lighting, old windows with cold air coming through

Old rooms, old and loud AC unit, old broken down windows with cold air and noise from the streets coming through while trying to sleep. Small room with poor lighting.

Enjoyed my stay. Felt at home and a wonderful customer relations by all staff

The breakfast was good. The variety of items to choose from and timeliness of the breakfast. Staff there too were very friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and neat. Very friendly and supportive staff

The location was not good for me as it is too close to the road and you keep hearing cars moving and sirens blowing etc. Not the best place you would want for a quiet night or quiet stay. Sometimes affects sleep at night

Nothing really bad, nothing really good to say all in all

Great location, luggage storage available, coffee and iced water in the lobby, breakfast included.

The bathroom was dirty, the tapestry was peeling off the walls. Almost 200 dollars for one nights stay, yet the standard of the room was not matching with that price. I messaged the hotel 2 days prior on Booking to tell them my partner would arrive before me and to let him check in (the room was in my name). They didnt reply and they didnt let my partner check in.

This is a lovely location. Not too fare off the beaten path

Waffles were great. I figured out how to take a half portion! My room was very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and answered all my local travel questions. Thank you!

Expand the breakfast offerings as guests are varied and not all seeking standard fare. I am still hoping for more hot vegetarian choices. Grilled veggies, veggie sausage, or veggie bacon, would be very welcome!

Horrible experience THEY HAVE MICE PROBLEM

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! I stayed at the Confort Inn Downtown Hotel from Wednesday, November 8, to Saturday, November 10, and it was HORRIBLE!!!!!. IT HAS TERRIBLE PROBLEMS WITH PLAGUES (mice), and the attention was terrible. People in the reception are rude, and in real problems, they are not helpful and charged twice for the room. On November 9, during the night, my colleague and I noticed two mice in our room. We immediately tried to call reception to make the complaint. However, the phone in the room wasnt working, forcing me to go to reception to report what happened. The person at reception realized what happened and decided to change our room. The next day, November 10, in the morning, we were checking out, and we told the person at the reception what happened the night before. This person excused himself and said that he would refund us 50% of the total value of the room and asked us for our cards to verify the number to return the money. However, HE DIDINT DO THE REFOUND. I was charged for the amount of the "supposed refund". WE PAID TWICE FOR THE ROOM !!!. Then, I tried to go back to ask about the double charge, and the receptionist gave me a fake email. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Bed to small for two adult males brothers and bed sagged badly to middle. Couldnt sleep so cancelled second night and went some where else. Desk clerk was very polite and helpful. Need to change the name of hotel!!
