    The only thing I like about the property is the good customer service I always receive whenever I come to this location, Ricky has great customer service and the lady Im sorry I cant remember her name also has great customer service!
    My last stay the room I walk into was not pleasant to the nose! I went back down stairs to inform the lady Im sorry I cant remember her name she was so nice I told her about the issue and she with no problem fixt the problem, she gave me room 319 room was clean a little no smell, went to shower the shower head fell out. At that point I had no energy to go back down.

    The room and the bedding sheets smells really bad like mold and you can see dust everywhere on the furniture. We arrived fine and got sick really bad.

    The location is convenient for a Kennedy Space Center visit.
    The room smelled like smoke. We had to wear shoes because the floor was dirty. Everything was dusty, and old. Was more of a 1 star motel. Could hear coughing through the walls.

    Cleanliness of the bathroom and room carpet and sofa- couldve been better and the room also smelt of cigarette smoking and stuffy

    The Hilton next door is an attractive alternative.
    Breakfast: mediocre. The two juices offered seemed watered down.
    Unbelievably loud highway noises--as if newspaper had been used for windows. Pillows were similar to sandbags.
