Very poor

The guy at the reception was very helpful, I booked by mistake for the next day, but he helped me to change it for the current day and was able to give us a room.

It's a bit too far from the main road. A fire alarm began to sound for 30 minutes at 3am in the morning. There was never an emergency

It was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The bed was too hard for me, but that's just me. It's not a deal breaker, though. Still recommend staying.

Clean

Had an amazing breakfast with lots of options for everyone. The pool was nice and also open until midnight for adults which was an added plus . The room was also very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Only problem was that my heater didnt work and its winter right now so it was a bit cold ,but I had brought extra blankets anyway so no huge problem.

Clean and comfortable with very welcome staff at a decent price

We stay here a couple times a year when we do the Antique Spectacular antique show Always clean and comfortable and easy drive to our destination Breakfast is good

The floor outside the bathroom in our suite is breaking up under the carpet and is a trip hazard Had heat set at 60 degrees all weekend and was still too warm

Would not recommend. Very dated, old and rooms uncomfortable.

Location.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible, it was not. GM said he didnt have a room that was. Room backed up to mechanical room and was noisy all night. GM was not interested in adjusting our rate.

Disappointing

The hotel is showing its age with stained carpets and old towels. Breakfast was pretty sparse, hot water wasn't hot, and no one seemed to be trying very hard.

Nothing

Had a reservation with a confirmation number and went to go check in and they staff said there was no reservation. I gave her my confirmation number and she said my reservation was cancelled. When I told he'd I didn't cancel and that again I had a confirmation number with my reservation all she said was:ok well I don't have it and I don't have rooms." She was extremely unhelpful and offered no solution. In addition I was still charged for 2 nights when I didn't stay at the hotel at all! Terrible customer service.
