worst staff & management, you can ever meet in your, the whole hotel is empty & they gave me a room at the ground floor & when I asked the young gentleman at reception who looks likes he hasnt any experience to deal with guests, he told me this is the hotels policy, I asked him to show me it, he took off a dirty piece of paper with two lines stating all Locals should be assigned to 1st floor no higher than 2nd floor so I asked him to assign us to 2nd floor so he refused because he have to fill all rooms in ground floor first, can you believe that, it was a very bad experience, also the fridge was not working, I called and asked to send someone but he didnt send any, I asked to see a supervisor , he told me no one one duty, can you believe that COMFORT INN HOTEL is running by a inexperienced young receptionist. Horrible experience will never happen again

Great location for the price

Other than being woken up by housekeeping early in the morning, this was a nice stay. There wasnt a do not disturb sign in our room but were told by the front desk that housekeeping was on demand so we would have to request linens and such to be cleaned. Other than that, I recommend this stay.

Quite and I felt very safe

Bed was so comfortable, I didn't have breakfast because I had a early morning flight. It was so quite and staff was so friendly. I will be staying again when I am in town.

Clean, basic and close to the airport.

Close to the airport with shuttle bus and possible to check in at 11.30pm

Couldnt switch off Air conditioning in November so room was freezing. Toilet would flush properly. Breakfast was very basic. Housekeeping walked straight in at 8.30am (checkout is at 10)
