Location, rooms are modern, the pool area is nice but would prefer more shade.

The towels - they do not absorb anything. The breakfast could improve.

Its more of a business

The rooms were ok but I think you pay more for the location. I was lucky I had a sea view but a lot of the rooms look on to each other.

They dont tell you that you have to ask for your room to be cleaned, toilet roll, towels etc . So a few guest and myself got charged 800baht for dirty laundry as we left.

Stunning Hotel, Great Location, Good Price

This hotel is so underrated. We decided to splurge for Christmas as we have been travelling for a month now. It was such good value for the whole experience. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel - we had a third floor apartment facing out across the pool and beach. The rooms were so clean, bins empitied daily, water/toilet roll replenished etc. Breakfast had an excellent selection and the waves would crash against the wall as you eat breakfast. And the pool was stunning, overlooking the sea its really chill, they also play music though the day. The staff and service was exceptional. Very friendly and professional. We were here for Christmas and they really got into the spirit. The location is fantastic, Central Samui shopping center is a 10 minute walk. The hotel faces out into the main strip, but you cannot hear the carnage as the hotel is located towards beach, so if you want a quiet night thats also an option. The Night Markets are also nearby (15 min walk) - just a warning to other Europeans - be cautious of the Vietnamese spring rolls at these markets. Dont make the same mistake we did Overall this hotel is 10/10. By far the nicest hotel we have stayed in.

Great location. Comfortable room. Hit and miss with staff.

The location is great. The facilities are good. The restuarant manager Pui is fantastic and really looked after us, as did the cleaning staff. Breakfast was good and we really enjoyed our stay of 5 nights, which was about right. It is right on the beach and right in the heart of Chaweng. Although the restuarant is pricier than local restaurants, we found the food quality superior. Plus eating with a sea view. Wow.

Our initial room was not adequate, with stained coffee cups and it did not feel secure on the ground floor. We tried to have a laugh, smiled, and was friendly about it as mistakes can happen, and we were grateful to be moved to a higher floor. But for some reason, the reception supervisor, though he was initially friendly when we checked in, became moody with us after this small complaint, and was again moody with us when we checked out, which was unsettling. Also, when ordering food the first time, I had initially asked about the omelette, but decided to order pizza instead. When the waiter checked the order with us, he had added both, I said no to the omelette and he crossed it out and showed me. Confusingly, the omelette came out with the pizza. I decided to take the hit as it was already cooked, and admittedly, it could have been a communication issue on my behalf. Finally, when hiring a motorbike, note that the tank will be flashing empty. We raised this with the bike hirers, and after a while they put a bottle of fuel in, enough for us to get to the petrol station. These things unfortunately means I can only give an 8/10 to what was otherwise a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
