Okay walls are then the people next to us made it feel like apartment living instead of a holiday getaway.

Location full and full kitchen

Our Neighbors fixing their car parts spread out in front of our room window. Also going in and out of their front door at midnight which our room was located so that we heard it every time.

It was a quiet neighborhood. The scenery was nice. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The condo was cozy and very clean. I wasnt able to use the club rooms, however, I did tour them and they were clean and had a lot of fun options. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. And I WILL be back soon!

Super value and very comfortable overall

Beautiful grounds, clean and spacious. Very quiet.

Bed was a little old. Checkout was too early and inflexible.

It was decent.

I liked the gym. It was very clean and has great equipment. We didn't use the golf course, etc.

The carpet in the room was so dirty it made our socks filthy. I wasn't comfortable walking in bare feet in the suite. The kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum of utensils and pots/pans.

Overall good stay. I hope that next time it will be perfect.

Our condo was nice and specious. Located in nice, quiet area. Very relaxing. Very friendly service.

The lamps in the bedroom had tons of dust on them, dirty door and moldings in the bathroom.

Fraudulently Charged Card/Unprofessional Property Manager

We liked how quiet it was

The Property Manager was super unprofessional & rude. Keep in mind one of the employees did State they wouldnt even stay at this place, what does that tell you? They took it upon themselves to charge the room before checkout (their policy is pay at check-out not check-in) So when we go to check out, the rooms already been charged and they just decided to start charging any credit card on file instead of the one we gave them upon check-in. They typed in the wrong ZIP Code and were unable to get the correct card charged. So they took it upon themselves to start running any credit card that would process. By the way, we called that fraud when they dont have permission to do so. Had they waited until checkout & stuck to their own policy, we couldve told them they were putting in the wrong Damn ZIP Code. They were going by the address on the license not the one that was file. So needless to say, we wont be back to this overpriced, unprofessional timeshare place.

Been better in the past, will most likely stay again and hope for a better experience.

Amenities and location

Overly sales pitch on time share when checking in, felt annoyed starting my trip. Room was smaller than anticipated compared to other visits. Furniture was beat up, blankets torn.
