Overall the Staff were very good, polite and always there to assist, right from the reception, restu

Breakfast was excellent. The location was walkable to the shrine, but it is misleading on the advertisement which indicates that the shrine is hop, skip and jump. No it is a 5 to 7 min walk to the Shrine

Housekeeping Staff should be briefed to put in the room all amenities which a hotels normally gives complimentary like shampoos, toothbrush with paste, soap and head shower for two people. In our room only one shampoo bottle was put and one toothbrush with paste was put.

Location: Happy Memories

The staff was an ultimate highlight of the stay. They were warm, courteous and very thoughtful. The rooms were well maintained, clean and comfortable.

The buffet breakfast could use an upgrade, the waiting staff was slow in cleaning and also restocking the buffet. The taste of the food was average I opted to not have it post the first day experience

Disappointing

Need to improve the facilities, breakfast and cleanness

I have booked seeing the photos, the compliment breakfast was really bad and the dosa was very sour cold idilies and no service person was available, coffee can was empty and no one was there to refill. I was not happy

the rooms are clean hotel is maintained hot water and features are all working the hotel staff is pleasant location is near to church so our expectation was fulfilled

Breakfast was not great but it was just ok we felt it was better to come on room only basis we were only three adults but since two rooms they charged us for 4 adults the food is too pricey compared to the restaurant prices
