Enjoyable. Host very good to deal with.

Very clean and tidy. Owner turned on lights and heating so house was warm and welcoming. Close to centre City

Pillows on all beds too big and uncomfortable. The grounds need a good tidy up and deck cleaned. A few basic board games e.g scrabble and some playing cards would have been good to have.

Great home away from home

Thank you for making us feel welcome. The lights were on and it was a cosy temperature inside. This was our second stay in the cottage and we will return again.

Great accommodation, FIX THE F...G HOT WATER TEMP

The boiling hot water, I received a burn that resulted in a severe blister to my right thumb after I turned on the hot water in the kitchen, when I complained I was told that the system was set to government standards. That was definitely not the case. I googled NZ Hot Water regulations which stated that hot water should "come out of the tap at 55deg C". That temperature does not burn resulting in blisters. I was happy that I didn't have children staying with me as that could have been disastrous.
