Exceptional. Location was perfect

View was awesome, location was the best, right in the heart of the old town. room was great and staff were exceptional. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel.

Excellent!

We loved our rooms! The breakfast was so good. I also appreciate how the hotel accommodated us to stay an extra day with river views! Excellent. However, my children swear they did not eat the candy bar that was charged to our room, although we paid it. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you! Im highly recommending your hotel to friends traveling to Germany soon. Danke schoen, Shana

Nice hotel for on-feet travelers to Heidelberg

Not really comfortable beds, rooms are a little small for two persons.

Lovely hotel in a picture-perfect location for a stay in Heidelberg!

Wonderful location, charming atmosphere, friendly/helpful staff.

No wash cloths in the bathroom; a little chilly on our room at night with no way to adjust the heat (but we had plenty of blankets so we managed!).

Nice hotel with a view.

Location was good. Excellent views. The room was very large. Sitting area in the lobby was really pretty. I was given a tea upon arrival. Frig had drinks in room.

The day time desk attendant was extremely gruff. Did not make me feel very welcome. The evening receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Parking not very convenient.

Very good

Perfect location comfortable beds and very clean. Lovely traditional hotel beautiful decorated for Christmas.

We are used to having tea and coffee making facilities most places we go so a bit disappointed there were none. However you could purchase coffee from a machine in the reception area.
