Enjoyed our stay, quiet & simple.

Staff was kind and helpful. The location was good and also the breakfast.

Reception closes at 10:00 pm , which is quite early and that you can not sit and have a drink.

The perfect place to stay in Heidelberg, a delight, very strongly recommended!

Absolutely lovely, kind and helpful staff, great rooms (we had a family and a double room) and perfect location--the square is beautiful, with v nice cafes and a great patisserie, and a short, beautiful walk to the river and the old town.

The hotel is in a lovely location next to a square. It makes for a great view to have a drink and with great restaurants close in several directions. The staff are excellent and there are nice little touches, like welcome drinks and chocolates in the room.

The problem being next to a square is that there is a bar adjacent to the square, and patrons from that bar can be loud and drunk late at night. Had to keep windows closed and sleep with earplugs one night and still slept poorly as the room wouldn't cool down. This stopped the stay from being excellent and I recognise it as being mostly outside the control of the hotel.

Great small peaceful hotel close to the center

Great location in a peaceful neighbourhood but at a walking distance from Altstadt and the big public trabsport network from Birmarkplatz. Everything is just perfect: cozy beds and bedlinen, great shower, some of the rooms with views. Helpful reception people.
