Som (Read More)e guests mentioned that the TVs and some other amenities need to be improved. However, the beds are described as super comfy. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL

Not much, facilities did NOT meet up with what was booked.

Booked for 2 adults and one child. got to room all in room was one double bed. Questioned staff as to where the child must sleep, staff said do not know. Eventually staff said would arrange mattress and when got back to the room, all what was left was a very dirty "cot mattress" with no blankets or pillows, NOTHING, just a dirty mattress. Went to reception to ask for blankets and was told that all the staff were already off duty so cannot assist with anything else. the key card did not work, had to get this changed twice before it would eventually work. asked milk to be sent to room as no milk in the room. No milk was ever sent to the room. The hotel and experience received from the staff and facilities was absolutely disgusting, do not recommend this hotel at all.

The location was good

The overall experience from checking in to check out was pathetic. We booked 6 rooms through booking.com They accused booking.com for not paying them although I had proof of payments and confirmations from booking.com They insisted I pay them again for the 6 rooms, they point blank refused to assist until we paid them. We had no choice to pay them because we flew in from another city. The lack of experience on the front desk was on another level. To date no one phoned to apologize for their handling of the situation. I will not recommend them. I always used booking.com and never had an issue of this sort.

Die aircon of the buiding in die eating area is not working and one of the bar ladies even commented to say that it has not been working for almost 8months! This is really poor. The swimming pool is dirty and animal droppings is clearly visible. When the manager was asked if this is acceptable the comment was it is what it is. We waited for 6 club sandwitches over a hour. The bar did not even have spice gold rum. The ice machine did not have water. We stayed in rooms 803 / 806 and 808. A baby shower was booked for the day, all staff was attending to the baby shower and shown little to less interest in the other guests.

Pleasant

lovely staff and facilities, but noise is terrible form nearby bar.

Unfortunately the noise from the students was horrendous, Hotel staff and facilities were very good. Thank you Sophie for moving us to quieter rooms, which made the stay much more pleasant.

The noise facing the Pablo Esco Bar was terrible, however the friendly staff moved us to a quieter room and it was much better

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were great. The location was perfect.

The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. It was cold and the selection not what I would expect for the price being charged. I regretted not going out for my breakfast. There should be more plug sockets in the rooms. Not just by the table but beside the beds as well. The TV channels on offer were shocking.

Superb

Location is very convenient. The restaurant is pretty decent and service is quick. The breakfast is very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

The gym is very basic. We had some issues with the payment i.e., how much was due (it changes thrice during the stay) but these were ultimately resolved.
