Staff were excellent and location from Bordeaux airport was handy. Brand new everything and on site. Breakfast was monumental!!

Didnt realise we had to pre book going to the spa so disappointed we didnt get to use the facilities. Needs a little bit of time to grown into itself as was very new.

Wonderful stay on gorgeous grounds!

Exceptional

Exceptional hotel in Bordeaux!

This was an incredible find. Only opened in July and a new building is still under construction. All the staff were excellent and the restaurant on site provided one of the best meals we have experienced in recent years. The attention to detail in the refurbished rooms was first class and amazingly it welcomed our dog too.

Relaxing and comfortable

Staff, room and restaurant were excellent. Spa and walks were relaxing.

Very good

The breakfast was great, the rooms and staff were fantastic. Being able to borrow electric bikes was cool.

It would be better if there was a bar to drink the wine in the evening. We didn't like the restaurant which is the only option for food/drink unless you drive.

An overpriced stay at a chateau.

Staff were very friendly and helpful the chateau is located in very nice grounds very peaceful.

Bar is only open when the restaurant is in the evening. Our room was situated up some Metal staircase had feeling of emergency exit not in keeping with the chateau. Despite having a named chef food was pretty mediocre and expensive my wifes was undercooked twice!

Amazing experience staying in one of the new treehouses. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Finally, the restaurant is absolutely world class. A brilliant stay.
