My family stayed a night.. we enjoyed the pool, the spa room, the view and breakfast!!

The price I paid was less than similar hotels with no pools! The whole facility appears clean and staff were extra helpful and friendly!!!

There wasnt anything I didnt like!

The pool/spa said it was 24/7 but when we got there it closed at midnight and didnt open until 9

Hotel is not responsible for hotel problem and told us that they dont appreciate our business

TV did not work and we couldnt watch anything. We missed live sport that we are looking forward to that night. We basically cant watch anything that night in our room. We told the front desk about the problem and she said that since we used booking.com booked the room therefore hotel is not responsible for the TV problem. She said we are accountable for no TV for that night because we used booking.com.
