Nice hotel, great staff, good hotel rooms, good breakfast, nice gym , good WiFi, nice pools and pool area

Breakfast crowded some options just you dont find it, serving food area is very small and tight to move around, location is far from major shopping area you need a taxi and Bangkok streets are crowded

Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Really liked the pool, our main reason for coming as suited the children more. Huge room which was great. Ordered room service for dinner which was fine, enjoyed not having to go out.

Rooms was very dated and smelt damp. Air conditioning unit was leaking. Breakfast felt very chaotic and took three attempts to get a table. Food was ok, unfortunately other guests were making a big mess and not very respectful which was a shame.

A place with a home feeling that you return to :)

The rooms are spacious with balconies where in the late evening you can enjoy the view of Bangkok city with a glass of wine or a glass of get into the fog drink :). Staff is friendly and smiling. You can load your batteries in the pool at floor 4 with a good drink. Close to the hotel you will find everything you need from 7eleven to different restaurants. Go and visit the Ter San Woe restaurant 350m from the hotel or the Bistro LArtisan (400m) for a tasteful coffee and croissant. Ps. TukTuk from Khaosan Road ca. 500 Baht.

Fantastic, memorable

Everything was just perfect. We have enjoyed the hospitality of the Chatrium Team, the entire staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are welcomed, are very professional. We have stayed for first 5 days of our trip here and will be staying again during our last 3 days of the trip (between 24-26th December). Thank you again and thoroughly enjoyed the stay .

Excellent!

This is my 4th time staying with Chatrium but this time, with my friends. I keep going back because of how homey their room feels like. Their bed is so comfortable and it doesn't hurt my back. Their breakfast buffet has a lot of choices which is nice.

Comfortable stay with good service and facilities

The apartment was very spacious and generally well appointed - if a little tired in places, eg the bathroom. The kitchen area included a washing machine/dryer which was particularly useful. It was kept spotlessly clean by the daily housekeeping. The apartment was also very quiet, both at night and during the day. The bed was large and comfortable. Finally, breakfast was consistently good, if quite busy - with a wide range of Asian and western hot and cold options; and the waiting staff were amazing

The location was not the most central if using public transport - although local buses stopped within a reasonable walk of the complex (and connected to BTS in around 5-10 minutes). Overall, and despite the generally high standards of service and comfort I'm not convinced that the value for money is really there, taking into account the comparatively high daily rate. I certainly think that a comparable property in a more central location could be had for a similar, or even lower price.

Great place, calm, quiet and comfortable.

Initially we were only going to stay here for the week and ended up staying for our entire trip of 3 weeks. The rooms were comfortable, plenty of space, and it was great to have a kitchen. Yes, location wise it is away from the touristy places, it is in more of a residential area which was perfect for us as it was quiet. There were plenty of restaurants and massage places on the same street, a bar across the road, a coffee club downstairs of the hotel. It was less than a 10 minute walk to nearest major shopping centre at Central Rama 3. The customer service was excellent, they were very attentive and always had a smile when we walked past and said hello. The Wifi is great as I used it for work and it did not let me down. The gym was great too, it had a lot of equipment.
