A very nice cottage in a quiet location only a 20 minute walk from the beach

The cottage was very homely & comfortable with a nice outdoor space.

The 2nd floor WC was too compact & I bumped my head a couple of times.

We loved our stay and just wish it had been longer!! Very comfortable and fully equipped cottage, beautifully presented and a real home from home. The garden was wonderful to sit out in and there were great kitchen and dining areas, as well as a super comfortable lounge with great sofas. Would highly recommend!!

Parking- there was one space outside the house, but it's not allocated, so it wasn't always available. Not a major issue, but one of our group had limited mobility, so was a bit inconvenient when the space was already taken.

A comfortable stay in an easily, accessible location.

You could tell that this was a personal property. Lots of lovely homely touches. It is clear that it is a very much loved and teh detail in decor and facilities higlighted this.

good size for 3 people. quiet location about 20 minute walk into centre of Swanage

owner said on the phone that a welcome pack had been left. Turned out to be a cheap packet of biscuits. Disappointing- better not to say anything about a welcome pack

Incredible family holiday

There was nothing that hadn't been considered for a family stay. Stair gates, travel cot and a highchair all provided. Games and books for slightly older children. A night light in the children's room. A few essentials left in the kitchen for us. The owner was quick and polite in all correspondence. Extremely comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 older children and a one year old.

We can't find fault in the property at all
