It was the best experience I had at Charlie's Spot. It's indeed a home away from home. The Spot is very serene and relaxing. I stepped in and felt instantly calm and at home. I was welcomed by a gracious and kind Mama Charles who went on to make me feel at home with a of coffee, despite my early check-in time. The family even invited me to their Christmas lunch party where l enjoyed meal coupled with all types of delicious treats. I enjoyed immensely, thank you very much. We topped off with a card games which Mama helped me cheat several times... . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a lot of quiet and serenity. I would give an 11% for cleanliness courtesy of Mama Charlie and Mama Annah . Facilities like fridge, stove and many other amenities are provided for. All kinds of shops from super markets, eateries, ATMs, boutiques are stone throw away. Meaning you walk 2 mins and you are there. I absolutely recommend it to my friends and l will also be a repeat visitor. Thank you Charlie and family.

Worst interaction I have ever experienced on booking.com stay

Didnt like anything about the property, hence didnt stay. Do feel sorry for old lady overseeing the property who struggled with her hearing.

Every interaction I had, especially with the son Charles who is the contact for the property. All I wanted was an invoice for the payment which was communicated would be provided, but the he reneged and states . we dont do invoices. Enough said .. worst interaction I have ever experienced on booking.com

Rooms are sparkling clean, the house is in a nice quiet area, and only a stone throw from night life and restaurants.

The only issue i had was that i did not have a remote for the tv in my room.

Excellent location. Close to several restaurants and a beautiful coffee shop, as well as other interesting shops. Also a grocery store within walking distance. Safe enough to leave the car at home. Great value for money. Room is spacious and well equipped. Safe parking.

I think they should improve more their accommodation and update some things inside the home include the bathroom and kitchen room.
