The property was cozy and beautifully decorated. Its a small apartment that was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen came with all we needed to cook there and the spa area was a fantastic treat after long days of hiking and biking. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet area of town with a one minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Daniella, our host, was amazing! Very attentive, easy to get in touch with and lovely to talk to.

There was nothing that we disliked, it was one of our favorite places. One thing to note though, the shower was a little tricky for us and we ended up with water all over the floor the first time we used it. We figured it out and it ended up being just fine.

Warm, cosy, comfortable, modern yet not missing the wooden cabin feel. Fabulous stay!!

The apartment feels very cute, cosy, warm, welcoming and modern even though it still has the wood cabin feel that I love due to the decorations and I believe recent renovation they did. The apartment is equipped with modern kitchenware. The pictures in Booking.com needs to be updated because the apartment is a lot better than whats shown. They need to include the sauna and the steambath. It was amazing. After a day in the mountains, coming back to the sauna is such a treat. You just need to request with the owner beforehand and it will be arranged. The owner responds almost immediately through the Booking.com chat. Owner was very helpful. Lovely lady.

After entering the apartment compounds, I was expecting a reception but the reception was actually outdoors and I missed it. There seems to be a few Chalets combined together or perhaps they are just under different names. I did not clarify on that though. You will find your name written on a piece of paper that is pasted on the glass door of your apartment and the door is unlocked and you can enter and find the key card on the table. Had a little bit of confusion there. But you could avoid my confusion by clarifying with the owner before reaching. I would really like to see the pictures updated. They don't do justice to such a beautiful accommodation. Btw, what is indicated on Booking.com as SPA Tax of CHF4 per day is actually the Zermatt tourism tax. That should be clarified on Booking.com. The owner explained to us clearly.

Zermatt at its Best

The chalet itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facility, as well as location...for starters. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom is of ample size, and the bedroom was very comfortable. I mean, everything was perfectly organized. The pamphlets on the kitchen table were self explanatory. A super beautiful, traditional Swiss chalet!!! Highly recommendable.

My stay was a bit short. :)

I wouldn't mind returning and staying at this apartment again. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a truly Swiss chalet. The outside look of the property was excellent. The interior features were of very good quality. I like the place.

The shower base has no edging to stop w water from splashing onto the floor. It may be functional for any person with disability. But for us, it was a pain to try to contain the shower water from overflowing onto the other parts of the bathroom floor.

Lovely chalet near the heart of Zermatt, with everything you need for a special weekend away with your partner or friend

Super comfortable space, well organized for a couple. They host was super easy to communicate with and they had the place well stocked with all your basic needs. Cool ambiance with special mood lighting and great furniture.

Gorgeous, clean, accessible, cozy home away from home.

The chalet was so cozy and has been renovated well. We liked the kitchen facilities to make some of our own meals while staying in Zermatt. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with the most amazing duvets. Wonderfully quiet at night and easy access / location to the main village made it a non stressful stay in every way. Including a map and brochures on the table was thoughtful. Would definitely book again.

It wasn't clear how to change the heating, so we ended up opening a window to regulate the temperature at night (we like to sleep cooler so it may not be a real issue). Some instructions on heating may help future visitors.

Beautiful romantic apartment in Zermat

The apartment was just beautiful. From the fully equipped kitchen to the private spa, the mood lighting, the little homely touches like wall hangings and little trinkets on the shelves. The beds had feather donnas and big fluffy pillows, private shower in each bedroom. Very wash and cosy. Highly recommended
