Very good

It was like Heidis landscapes in real live

Incredibly comfortable! And also clean and useful! It had the best view from balcony!

The transportation was always an issue because it is at the mountain, so be prepared to walk up or get a taxi (what is expensive) But there are buses that leave you near and you can go up calmly enjoying the incredible landscapes!

To be relaxed and enjoy quiet family time, it was perfect place to stay.

Views and rooms, and equipments were almost perfect for group stay. We were party of 6 ppl / 3 generations. Location were very good for us because we lived in Swiss, had a car and cooked by ourselves, but if not, I think you need to consider because its far from village center.

The washing machine were out of order and it didnt be fixed during our 1 week stay. The staffs kindly provided us good alternatives so its OK but we wanted to know the fact in advance.

The property was clean and catered to all our requirements. The view is excellent facing the Alps. It is exactly the way it is shown in the images. We enjoyed cooking as the Kitchen was well equipped. The property is very well designed and furnished. Would highly recommend Thank you

The location of the property is far from Grindelwald station. There is a bus stop right outside the property whose timings are limited. At times the bus gets canceled and you have to walk 15 minutes downhill to catch the other bus. Same is the case while coming back to the property. If the bus is canceled then there are only few buses that take you near the property then you have to climb the steep slope for 15 minutes to reach the property. Thats the only issue else everything is good

Wonderful well-equipped chalet with VIEWS!

Wonderful views at a very nicely built chalet. Kitchen had everything you might possibly need to cook. Every morning couldnt wait to see the views!

Unclear whether hot tub was included - you must tell them ahead of time and pay extra. For the price paid felt like it should have been included. After paying the extra for the hot tub every one that used it have itchy sores all over our bodies. Doctors suspect it was a unclean hot tub that was the source - still need to rectify this with the management. Stayed in 3 villas and this one had the most hoops to jump through to get in. Didnt help as they didnt say to be careful just mapping there. We got sent a shortcut that our large vehicle wasnt suited for. Its easy to get there is you use the correct route. They had step by step instructions that I wish they had been more insistent about. They also didnt let us know there were parking behind the building during checkin. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Superb

It was very good place very big house with private car parking, great view with calm place and very clean rooms, 4 rooms enough for 10 person. I love the kitchen with full equipment. The chalet is better than pictures. I like the chalet garden were you can sit

The road to the chalet is a little difficult, you have to drive in one line for to car in some distance
