Everything was great

Location everything was at walking distance, staff was polite and helpful room was clean everything was good. No issues whatsoever definitely a nice stay and would recommended it.

very nice room, comfortable, beautiful and with a perfect view! the cleanliness is daily in the room. the breakfast was very satisfactory

I would have preferred to have our towels and sheets changed just once. we stayed 5 days in the room for this reason.

Centrally located- Clean- And Not bad

I liked the location. It was literally in the heart of Vienna and it made going to all the key tourist sites so easy. I also liked that you can come and go with key card as you wish. Some lower rate hotels do not offer that as an option. I also liked that there was a store for everything (food- shampoo- socks- drinks- toothpaste - etc) about 1/4 of a block away - so very close. The front desk staff also all spoke English which was helpful since I am still learning Deutsch.

There was a bad sewer odor in my room and in the hallway. I bought air freshener from the next door store and that helped. Still when I complained to a more in charge manager the problem was fixed right away. My hunch is they use a sewage service instead of regular plumbing but I could be wrong.

The room had a loft with a bed. It was quite hot up there at night. When we asked for the remote for the air conditioning, the receptionist refused to give it to us, said it was winter time, we asked to speak to a manager and she refused to do that. We asked for her name and she said she didn't have one. Maybe you guys need a new receptionist?
