Very good

My family love it all and enjoyed the stay at Century Langkasuka

Large room and comfortable bed. The air conditioning is perfect. The room is near to the swimming pool. Great and large swimming pool. The gym facing the sea was perfect setting. Breakfast is reasonably good and should have more local food varieties. My family love it all and enjoyed the stay at Century Langkasuka

The room is under lighted. Room has no light at the terrace area. There is no telephone in my room 2024, so it make me difficult to make room to room call.

very pleasant if a little isolated.

While the place is a little eerie being so isolated from the main resort area of Cenang, it is only a 9/10 RM Grab ride to Cenang. I think there were only 3/4 rooms occupied during my stay. the pool is incredible, it is huge, some of the reviews here are way off the mark. what staff there was, were polite, courteous efficient. rooms have safety box.

the isolation was a little eerie, however I was told the resort's history from the manager, that Sheraton had opened it when the local authorities had planned to expand Cenang then COVID came, all plans changed so the Century group bought it out, they hope the authorities will continue their plans post COVID.

Disappointing

Stay away from this sad, shabby state of a hotel.

Great location. Understaffed but the staff tries their best to be as hospitable as possible.

1) Understand that the hotel had low occupancy and its a bad time in Langkawi but driving into the hotel compound felt like we were entering into a haunted hotel. First impression matters after all. 2) The pool had algae at certain areas. 3) The breakfast area was understaffed even with low occupancy of less than 15 people. The staff were really trying. 4) The rooms were not taken care of -stained beddings, lizard and roaches poops were found around the hotel. 5) Overpriced for a meh hospitality experience

Don't book a hotel without checking its address

Room was big. Nice pool view. Staff were friendly.

Location - address is Chenang Beach, but far away from restaurants, shops, etc, which Chenang Beach is famous for Breakfast was poor. There was no attempt to refill when food items were depleted, even with a request made to the staff Lots of things were not in good condition or working order - room safe / cabinet door / gym treadmills were all out of order
