Pretty enjoyable nice house to stay in.

Close location to city center. Very cosy and greenery

No dryer. No tea/ coffee.

Central stay in Rotorua

Great location, spacious house with dedicated parking space. Easy check in and check out.

It could have been cleaner and the Netflix account mentioned was connected to another household so the living room TV was locked out.

Cosy family vacation home

Loved the location- so close to the city and most attractions! The street it is located on is very quiet, so perfect for young families! Loved that it had heating facilities.

The bedding smelt a little dusty (not freshly washed). We also had to buy more toilet paper and rubbish bags as there wasnt enough to last us the duration of our stay (4 nights, family of 5). Could make it a little more welcoming by having essentials like coffee, milk, sugar etc.

Proximity to town was good

Bedding was not clean, there were dirty clothes in living room lying on the floor which may have been from previous guests. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and we had to use laundry sink instead for everything. The towel handrails were too loose to handle the weight of anything. Overall not a great place of stay and we highly overpaid. Not happy

Basics covered, but lacking quality.

Cosy home with multiple heaters. Great location to shops and parks.

Although there were a large array of utensils and facilities, the majority were in poor condition. Multiple components were broken within the home and there was mould on the curtains in the bedrooms.

curtains are mouldy, sofas have black stains, we had a cockroach crawled pass me when I sat on the sofa.

perfect for this pair of brothers to explore Rotorua.

location great in a quiet local street. kitchen and bathroom newly renovated. all very clean and neat, kitchen facilities great. air con/heating super effective. beds comfy. huge tv. laundry facilities.

2nd bedroom a bit tight.
