Location is wonderful, nice size room, they may want to get an exterminator.

The beach was right there, no crossing any streets to get to. The location wasn't far from the historical district and even closer to the lighthouse. The room was as advertised, so that was nice.

Unfortunately, several cockroaches were seen in the room. We had the room for 2 nights and kept clothing in our closed luggage instead of using drawers and closet. Also there was a miscommunication with the house cleaning staff and the room wasn't attended to.

Perfect location in a wonderful hotel

Location, room was beautiful and spacious, friendly desk workers, pool and hot tub, everything was perfect. Steps from St Augustine beach.

Nice hotel, nice location.

The room was spacious. It had a nice size refrigerator. The beach was right there. The location of the hotel was not far from the historical area.

Unfortunately several roaches were observed in the room. There appeared to be a slight miscommunication with housekeeping and they did not make up the room for our second night stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The inside decorations were unique. Rooms spacious. We used the hot tub inside the room. Other people are saying that the hotel is outdated, but I would not say so. Yes, it's not new, but it doesn't seem old to me either. Everything was working and in excellent condition.

Our neighbors behind the wall came in the middle of the night, at 3 am, and made a lot of noise. Other than that everything was nice.
