Disappointing

Not a disaster, but not the best value for the price.

The innkeeper was very nice. The location is good. Right near "old" Bordeaux.

Tiny, tiny room. Very noisy street outside. Right near all the student gatherings. They were walking by until about 3am. We were given the wrong key-code to get in and had to call the innkeeper (no big deal). Etc.

Location., Close to train,st Micheal,easy walk to main sights good restaurants close by

Room is small ( like many in Paris ,) shower ( in room) good but had shared hallway toilet ( as in description) ok. When we stayed no other guests ( one other room) so ok. Just be aware of what you are getting.

Very good

I rented a room in Isabelle's apartment for 2 nights. Isabelle was a very friendly and a helpful host. The room is centrally located (which can be noisy at night) and the whole city center can be visited by foot. The room was very clean and Isabelle offered free tea and coffee which I appreciated. I had a private bathroom, toilet on the other hand is in the hallway and to be shared with neighbors renting the room next door. I would definitely come back.

Charming room and kind host

My room and the floor I stayed on was very charming. I loved the artwork and decoration; the room was perfect. The host was very kind and understanding when my train was delayed and I was later than we'd agreed and even helped me with my bag!

Lovely, stylish room in an interesting area away from the main tourist track, surrounded by trendy bars and restaurants,

The room and bathroom are lovely. tastefully furnished like a home with style and charm. Its an interesting area with restaurants and bars that are more individual and trendy than the more touristy areas. Isabelle was very welcoming and a great host, went out if her way to help me with anything I needed and was happy to have a chat which was very nice since Im travelling alone.

I had trouble getting in, the key wasnt in the keysafe and although I was told there were two the other one didnt open. I was in a bit of a panic as my phone battery was nearly out and I was initially a bit scared coming up from the station as the streets are a little intimidating at first, but Isabelle replied to my message straight away and another guest let me in luckily.

very cozy and welcoming, perfect for a solo traveler. would book again :)

great location for a quick stopover in Bordeaux. the room was just the right size, beautifully decorated and cozy place where to relax after a long day in the city
