Great area but not a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent with the beach, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Appreciated the beach towels provided.

The air quality in the room was unbearable with high humidity no matter what setting was selected (heat, cool, or dry). The room was not very clean with stains on the sheets, mattress cover, and walls. The scent in the lobby is overwhelming.

Stay was great, but something need to be noted about the parking and no valet parking option

Clean, perfect location and customer service was great. All my questions and concerns were addressed readily.

No parking!!! No valet parking. Had to find your own parking! Room was clean, but very small reminded me of a dormitory room.

Not perfect but okay priced for the location

Location and price point are fantastic. It was clean when we first arrived.

The AC wasnt working properly when we first got there for the first night but they fixed it the next day. They only clean the room every 3 days so we didnt have any cleaning service for our stay which was not ideal and wasnt clear when booking. The power went out in our room on our last night there and staff didnt offer any apologies for the inconvenience. Better maintenance and quality checks should be performed before the arrival of guests

Great location

The location was great! I would recommend this hotel when you know you're not gonna spend much time in the room. The check-in process was fast and perfect. There's no one at the front desk however there is someone present in the back room in case you have questions or need help, but not 24/7, which was fine. We had some AC issues and messaging with the hotel was also working fine.

The first night the AC didn't work and the room was very stuffy. We were offered a new room however the AC did kick in the next morning so we didn't have to change rooms. its a renovated building and there isn't much natural light and the rooms are small. that is why I said earlier 'if you're not spending much time in the room, its great'.

Very good

The staff was great. We were able to check in earlier and for check out, we were allowed to leave our luggages at the lobby with the staff for the meantime. The location was excellent, which was the main focus. Very close to the beach and walking dictance to many various restaurants and shops. Also, the location is great for quietness as its more in the south of where the live & loud events are, especially at night. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back.

The only thing they clean your room and change/give new towels only every 2 days unfortunately.
