Liked the place, would consider staying here again.
The staff was wonderful and attentive. Our pilot light accidentally went out on the fireplace, and someone came immediately to fix it. Location was quiet, and ideal for the silence, but a 10min walk to "downtown" if that's where you want to spend time. The kitchen was a wonderful size-spacious enough for a party of 5. Rooms were big-we had a cabin with 2 bedrooms. Water in the sinks and showers were very hot. Wonderful to have a gas fireplace. Some of us felt like the beds were comfy, and others thought they were too firm. We really liked how spacious and quiet this place was- and would recommend it for the right trip.

Wish they would have provided a few more amenities inside the cabin. They made us aware that there was no coffee-which was fine. I wish there would have been a roll of paper towels and/or kitchen towels. I know that we went during winter, but it would have been nice to have a spa or jacuzzi to use. FYI-there is no cooking oil, spices, or foil. And very limited cooking supplies-pots, pans, etc. We made due, and didn't ruin our trip at all-but would have been a bonus. We walked into 'downtown' a few times, which was a brisk walk, but manageable. If our kids were smaller, we would not have been able to do it unless we had a stroller.

Gatlinburg in a nutshell
Great location. Tucked hidden back away from the main road.
Nothing in their control but the surrounding areas had a lot of construction. The view was much to look at.
