I would not stay again

Good, big and cheap parking. Cattle , water and tea set was nice.

Sound isolation was horrible. Street was literally inside the room . Bed was not flat, (double bed) literally we were falling into the middle of the bed all night while sleeping. Its not that close to center as it looks from maps . Towels had stains and holes on them . For one night was ok but I wouldnt stay longer.

The soap dispensers were broken in our bathroom. The temperature in the room could be a bit higher for this time of the year.

Very Good

The stay was very good. Overall the facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly. I broke the sink plug and this was fixed the same day that I reported it.

The only downside was the free wifi. The sign in process for wifi was overly complicated and confusing. The connection kept timing out and needed to be signed in again periodically. This was an out of date process.

The location was perfect, right next to the main train station and bus station, also it was easy to access city center by foot or public transport and there was a big shopping center next to the accommodation. The room was equipped with the necessary things, clean too but there were some dirty spots on the carpet which didn't look nice. The stuff at reception were very nice, especially the young guy, who did everything to help us in certain situations.

The price was a bit high for a room like that, but still affordable. We had some problem with electricity in the room but stuff solved it fast and gave us another room. Wifi was very poor, almost not working.

Very good

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and think that people would as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful; which I really like. The hotel is also right across from the mall, so that is more than awesome for me as well. For a simple hotel and safe hotel experience, this is the right choice.

Was hoping that breakfast was, or could have been included with the price of the hotel stay. Paying extra for breakfast is not something that I like to do, but we are all different people with different desires.

Very good

The breakfast was good and there was a variety of options to choose from. There was a sign about oat mill but during my stay it was not available. Fresh plain yogurt would be nice. Great location, very helpful staff and good value for money. Strongly recommend this place for exploring Wrocaw.

Good

Kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Nice location. Close to train and bus station and walking distance to the main square.

Carpet has seen better times. It's warn out and looks dirty. Also, the toilet wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was basic. Not many choices of bread and some of the pastries didn't seem fresh.
