Decent hotel for one night

Affordability and good location. The pub next to reception is cute.

Not the cleanest and most comfortable but hey, you get what you pay for.

Disappointing

the rooms were spacious, had parking available. close to the city centre. staff we good, but because of holidays very thin staff were available.

rooms were not prepared. Beds / duvets were not done. t-bags were in the kettle. cups were not clean. we had to change rooms.

A lovely good value place to stay

Location for THE HYDRO ARENA and a half hour walk to city centre. Very helpful staff Nice and warm when it was very cold outside Included breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. We had to leave early in the morning and they got my husband a cooked breakfast. Thank you dining room staff

Disappointing

Location to the Hydro. The staff were nice & helpful.

The TV was missing lots of channels that did not work. The bed was not comfortable. The Kettle had to be filled up from filling a cup of water & filling it as it did not fit under the tap. The lights by the bed did not work.

New Yr- No breakfast

Convenient location for us this time, great price which included free parking. Staff pleasant.

Toilet seat needed fixing, reported, but not fixed. Reception informed again on checkout. I couldn't believe they had breakfast cut off 10am on a bank holiday new yrs day. This was a poor business choice as there were at least 30 people who came down after 10am from the New Yrs event we attended, thinking it was 11am cut off which was the impressionwe all got upon arrival . The chef and staff appeared to be doing nothing with every chance to make this extra business money from breakfast service. The shower area could do with a good mold and mildew spraying but generally clean.
