Close proximity to town, easy check in.

Parking is not suitable for 4x4 or Ute's. Very tight. Air-conditioning did not work. Set to 20deg but blowing warm air. Checked settings were on cooling. Made for unsettled sleep.

Great pool, clean well maintained room. Appreciated the double glazing, couldn't hear passing planes. Secure parking and excellent Thai restaurant (Finn Finn) were bonuses.

The pool could use some lighting at night.

family time spent very well worth the stay. customer service was helpful and very cleanliness maintained and comfortable environment for children. enjoyed our stay. love the elevator...easy access to and from room. also the car park with security gates. next would have to try to dine in at the thai restaurant.. keep up the good work

microwave would of been great, had to drive petrol station for snacks. my booking number was under another persons name-made booking on BOOKING.COM

Stay was ok - grateful to have been able to move room for our second night. Reception was very helpful

Rooms were a good size, bed was comfortable (despite being two singles pushed together), lots of pillows and the monsoon shower was great. Pool was nice Night reception (30/1 and 31/1) was amazing and helpful and the day reception (31/1) went over and above to help out with our request to change rooms. Housekeeping was also very helpful. Lots of parking - although having to get out and put the code in the gate (rather than having an auto open) was just a little bit of a pain.

Our first room (genius free upgrade) had a real musty smell and the air con was quite weak (237) Once we had left it on all day - it made the room semi comfortable but it was still quite hot. Stayed in it for one night and then requested a change of room for our second. Reception was very accommodating and helpful and moved us - to a much better room - close to the pool, more natural light, fresh smelling and the air con was definitely better.

I love the night duty reception very welcoming and competent. Displaying high degree of professionalism of service, love it

Nothing, Room was good, bed is nice, elevator is a great relieve even l have a damaged and injured knee. Big space in room 212 .

We enjoyed the stay alone, however i will bring kids there for holidays too as kids are very happy

2x beds in a room/apartment was very equipped and met our expectations. happy to come back again with all my kids as the place was very clean and easy access to beach as well.

Not that i can recall, most of my expectations were met and my wife and i are very pleased with the type of room/apartment that we stayed in.
